These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OKMY.SHOP website, seller storefront services, seller/admin dashboard, payment and payout features, domain connection services, customer support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
A. About OKMY.SHOP
OKMY.SHOP provides tools and services that allow approved users to create and operate online storefronts, configure storefront branding, use an OKMY.SHOP site address, request or connect a custom domain, display products, receive customer orders, and receive eligible earnings through payment and payout providers.
OKMY.SHOP may provide platform technology, storefront hosting, routing support, payment coordination, domain connection support, product display tools, order support, and related operational services.
B. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
OKMY.SHOP may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the Platform, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms.
C. Seller Storefront Services
Approved sellers may configure a storefront using available Platform tools, including storefront name, site address, custom domain settings, logo, favicon/browser icon, homepage keywords, and target margin settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that your storefront content, branding, domain use, communications, and promotional activities comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms.
OKMY.SHOP may remove or restrict content, settings, products, domains, or storefront access if we believe they violate law, third-party rights, payment provider rules, platform policies, or these Terms.
D. Products, Orders, Fulfillment, and Customer Experience
Products displayed through the Platform may be sourced, fulfilled, shipped, or supported by third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, logistics providers, or other service providers.
Product availability, pricing, shipping times, delivery estimates, taxes, fees, and fulfillment status may change. OKMY.SHOP may update, remove, restrict, or correct products, listings, prices, and fulfillment information at any time.
Customers may be subject to additional terms, policies, return rules, shipping rules, customs requirements, taxes, fees, or supplier/fulfillment conditions.
E. Payments, Fees, Revenue Share, and Payouts
Customer payments, seller payouts, tax-related information, identity verification, and payment compliance may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your use of payment and payout features may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, policies, and verification requirements.
OKMY.SHOP may deduct or account for applicable platform charges, payment processing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, supplier costs, fulfillment costs, shipping costs, adjustments, and other applicable amounts before calculating eligible seller earnings.
Revenue share, commission, margin, or payout eligibility may depend on applicable program rules, completed sales, qualified net revenue, referral credits, payment status, fraud review, refund status, chargeback status, and other Platform conditions.
OKMY.SHOP may delay, withhold, adjust, or reverse payouts where necessary for fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, legal compliance, payment processor requirements, or suspected violations of these Terms.
F. Domain Connection Services
Users may use an OKMY.SHOP site address or request to connect a custom domain. Domain connection services may include site connection, server routing, DNS setup support, renewal support, SSL/TLS support, and ongoing operational support.
Third-party domain registry fees, registrar fees, DNS provider fees, or related third-party costs are separate from OKMY.SHOP service charges and may be non-refundable after registration or activation.
Cancelling an OKMY.SHOP domain connection service may affect routing, DNS support, renewal support, SSL/TLS support, and custom-domain storefront availability. You remain responsible for any third-party domain registration, renewal, or registrar obligations.
G. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription charges, billing intervals, renewal rules, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout or within the applicable service flow.
If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation may affect future access to the related service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prior charges, completed service periods, domain registry fees, registrar fees, and third-party costs may be non-refundable.
H. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
1. Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or payment provider rule.
2. Engage in fraud, deceptive practices, chargeback abuse, or security abuse.
3. Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations.
4. Misrepresent your identity, business, products, or relationship with OKMY.SHOP.
5. Sell or promote prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, infringing, or restricted products.
6. Use the Platform to send spam, unauthorized marketing, or abusive communications.
7. Circumvent technical restrictions, security controls, payment review, or compliance processes.
I. Intellectual Property
OKMY.SHOP and its Platform, software, design, branding, content, systems, and technology are owned by OKMY.SHOP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit the Platform except as expressly permitted by OKMY.SHOP.
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as permitted storefront branding, logos, and text. By submitting content, you grant OKMY.SHOP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Platform.
J. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, domain/DNS providers, analytics providers, fulfillment providers, logistics providers, and supplier systems.
OKMY.SHOP is not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, delays, fees, decisions, or errors. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
K. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the OKMY.SHOP Privacy Policy, available at:

L. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKMY.SHOP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
OKMY.SHOP does not guarantee that the Platform, products, suppliers, fulfillment services, domain routing, payment services, or third-party services will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
M. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKMY.SHOP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKMY.SHOP’s total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to OKMY.SHOP for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.
N. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OKMY.SHOP and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your storefront, your content, your products or promotions, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your breach of these Terms.
O. Suspension and Termination
OKMY.SHOP may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, storefront, domain connection, payment access, payout access, or Platform access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed verification, caused payment or chargeback risk, or failed to pay applicable fees.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, indemnification, liability limits, intellectual property rights, and dispute provisions, will survive termination.
P. Changes to These Terms
OKMY.SHOP may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required by law.
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
