Registration & Sign In

Create or access a seller account, or learn how customers can shop without one.

How do I create a seller account or sign in?

Select Sign In in the upper-right corner of the storefront.

  • Choose Start with Google to continue with your Google account.
  • To use email, enter the email address and password associated with your account, then select Log in.
  • If you are new, select Sign up for free, enter a valid email address, create and confirm a password of at least eight characters, and add a referral code only if you have one.

Complete the security verification when it appears. This account is intended for creating, accessing, and managing an online store.

Is Sign In for shoppers or store operators?

The current Sign In option is primarily for sellers and store operators who create or manage a store. Customers do not need a seller account merely to browse products or complete an eligible guest checkout.

Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, where guest checkout is available. Enter a valid email address during checkout so you can receive the order confirmation and receipt. Keep the confirmation email and order number because they may be needed for order support, shipping inquiries, and eligible return or refund requests.

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Use the same sign-in method you used when creating the account.

  • If you registered with Google, choose Start with Google and use the same Google account.
  • If you registered with email and password, verify the email address and re-enter the password carefully.
  • Complete the security verification if it appears, and confirm that you are using the correct storefront or platform address.

If access still fails, submit a support ticket under Account Access. Include the account email address and store domain, but never send your password, verification code, full payment-card number, or sensitive identity documents.

Why do I see a security verification before signing in?

The verification helps protect the sign-in and registration process from automated abuse. A successful verification confirms that the security check was completed; it does not by itself mean that you are signed in. Continue with Google or enter your email and password to complete access.

Account Setting

Account access issues, security, and account deletion.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Confirm you are using the correct store domain and email address. If access still fails, submit a support request under Account Access. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or identity documents in the message.

How do I report suspicious activity or request account deletion?

Contact Support immediately and include the affected email address, store domain, approximate time, and order number if relevant. Never share a password, authentication code, or complete payment-card information. Account deletion requests are handled the same way.

Place Order

Checkout, confirmation, and how partner-supplied and seller-fulfilled items differ.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, review the price, options, and estimated delivery on the product page, then complete checkout. Some items are sourced through integrated global fulfillment partners; others are listed and fulfilled directly by independent sellers who control their own inventory and processing.

How do I know my order was placed?

A completed order displays a confirmation and generates an email receipt to the address entered at checkout. Save the order number — check spam first if no email arrives, then contact Support rather than placing a duplicate order.

Payments

Payment status, verification holds, and charges.

Why is my payment pending or being verified?

Payment processors and card issuers may perform authorization, fraud screening, or identity verification. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge; your order is processed only after the platform records a successful payment.

Order Management

Checking order status and understanding multi-item orders.

Where can I see my order status?

Your order confirmation email and account order history show current status. Items from different suppliers or sellers may be confirmed, processed, shipped, delivered, returned, or refunded separately, even when purchased together.

Order Closed

What it means when an order is marked closed.

What does "Order Closed" mean?

An order is marked closed once it has been delivered (or refunded or canceled) and no further action is expected. A closed order can still be referenced for support, but some actions such as changes or cancellation may no longer be available.

Cancel Order

How and when an order can still be canceled.

How do I request a cancellation?

Contact Support with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. A cancellation is not guaranteed after payment because supplier processing, seller preparation, production, or label creation may begin quickly. On-demand, personalized, already-processed, or shipped items may no longer be cancelable.

Wait for Seller to Ship Goods

Processing time before a package is handed to the carrier.

When will my order ship?

Processing time depends on the item and fulfillment source. A partner-supplied item may require supplier processing before carrier acceptance. A seller-fulfilled or on-demand item may require preparation or production before shipping. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated.

Why are items arriving separately?

Products fulfilled by different suppliers, sellers, warehouses, or carriers may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number and delivery date.

Report not Receiving Goods

What to do if a package is late or shows delivered but is missing.

My package is late or shows delivered but is missing.

Check the delivery address, mailbox, building desk, and household members, and allow for a short carrier scan delay. If the package remains missing, submit a Support ticket with the order number and tracking information. Do not submit false non-delivery claims; carrier and fulfillment records may be reviewed.

Report Product Issue

Damaged, wrong, or defective items, and how review works.

How do I report a damaged, wrong, or defective item?

Use the order number from your confirmation email and open the Return / Refund Portal from your order confirmation to describe the issue and upload clear photos when relevant. Evidence must relate to the actual order and must not be altered or reused from another transaction.

Who reviews my report?

This site records the request and routes it for review by the responsible seller and, where applicable, the fulfillment partner. Some partner-supplied orders may require additional upstream review. Submitting this site’s support form starts a support review; it does not automatically create a claim with any third-party supplier or marketplace.

Free Return

Free return eligibility and how to start a return.

Are all items eligible for free returns?

No. Free return eligibility is product-, seller-, supplier-, destination-, reason-, and time-dependent. A third-party supplier's or partner program's eligibility does not automatically become a universal promise from this site. The product offer, order details, applicable storefront terms, and review outcome control.

How do I start a return?

Open the Return / Refund Portal from your order confirmation with your order number and wait for order-specific instructions before shipping anything back. The correct address, carrier, and label depend on the product's fulfillment path.

Refund Process

How refunds are issued and how long they take.

When will I receive my refund?

After a refund is approved and initiated, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times vary. Shipping, customs, discounts, partial returns, and item condition can affect the eligible amount where permitted by the applicable terms and law.

Searching

Finding products, and how language and currency affect results.

How do search, language, and currency work?

Use the search bar or category menu to find products. Language, destination country, and currency choices may change product availability, displayed currency, delivery estimates, and taxes. Final amounts are confirmed during checkout.

Communication

Contacting a seller or Support about an order.

How do I contact a seller or Support?

Use the Contact Support form below for order, payment, product, or account questions. Include the order number, product link, or tracking number so the right team can help quickly.

Coins

An optional rewards balance you can apply at checkout.

What are Coins?

Coins are an optional rewards balance that may be earned through qualifying activity and applied toward eligible purchases at checkout, subject to the terms shown when Coins are offered.

Coupon

Why a coupon code might not apply at checkout.

Why did my coupon not apply?

Coupons may have dates, minimum purchase amounts, product or seller limits, customer eligibility rules, currency or destination restrictions, or single-use conditions. Confirm the discount in the checkout total before paying.

Campaign

Limited-time promotional events and their terms.

What is a Campaign?

A Campaign is a limited-time promotional event with its own eligible products, dates, and terms. Campaign pricing and stock are not guaranteed once the event ends or inventory is exhausted.

Order Feedback

Rating and reviewing your order after delivery.

How do I leave feedback on an order?

After delivery, you may be invited to rate your order and leave feedback about the product and fulfillment experience. Feedback should reflect your genuine experience with that specific order.

Site Rules

How this site’s policies and order-specific terms apply to your purchase.

Which site rules apply to my order?

The product page, checkout disclosures, order confirmation, applicable seller or product terms, this site’s policies, and mandatory consumer law determine the rules for your order. Fulfillment-partner requirements may affect processing, shipping, and return eligibility, but they do not replace the customer-facing terms presented at checkout.

About This Site

How this site connects shoppers, independent sellers, and fulfillment partners.

How does this site work, and how does fulfillment work?

This site is a multi-seller commerce platform where products may be fulfilled by independent sellers or integrated global fulfillment partners. Partner-supplied items may involve supplier processing and international logistics in addition to seller and carrier steps.

Service Agreement

Which terms govern your order.

Which terms govern my order?

The storefront identity, product page, checkout disclosures, order confirmation, applicable seller or product terms, platform policies, and mandatory consumer law collectively govern the transaction.

Announcement

Where policy and service updates are posted.

Where can I find store announcements?

Policy changes, promotions, and service updates are posted on the storefront and, where applicable, communicated by email to affected customers.

Recalls and Product Safety Alerts

What to do about a recalled or unsafe item.

What should I do if a product I bought is recalled or flagged unsafe?

Stop using the item. Submit a Support ticket under Product Question with the product link, order number, and a clear description. Urgent safety issues involving a purchased item should include the order number so it can be prioritized.

Accessibility Information

Using the Help Center with assistive technology.

Is the Help Center accessible?

This Help Center is designed to work with keyboard navigation and assistive technology. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact Support with details of the page and the issue so it can be reviewed.

Tax Policies

How tax is calculated at checkout.

Why was tax added at checkout?

Tax may be calculated from the item, seller, delivery address, marketplace obligations, and applicable law. A later customs or carrier charge can be separate from tax collected at checkout.

Tax Exemption

Requesting a tax exemption before purchase.

Can I claim a tax exemption?

Do not assume an exemption will apply retroactively. Contact Support before purchase and provide only the documentation specifically requested through a secure process. Eligibility depends on the seller, transaction, jurisdiction, and available platform capability.

Invoice&Receipt

Getting a copy of your receipt or invoice.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Your order confirmation email serves as the primary receipt. If you need another copy or additional business-purchase information, contact Support with the order number and purchaser email.

Legal Information/Imprint

Company information, legal notices, and marketplace conduct rules.

Where can I find legal and company information?

Storefront ownership, contact details, and applicable legal notices are provided here and referenced in the Service Agreement. This information does not replace mandatory disclosures required under applicable law for your jurisdiction.

What customer conduct is prohibited?

Fraud, payment abuse, false non-delivery or defect claims, altered evidence, harassment, unauthorized account access, and misuse of returns, refunds, promotions, or chargebacks are prohibited. Legitimate concerns should always be reported with accurate order-specific information.

Who is responsible for seller-listed products?

Independent sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, inventory, fulfillment, and item-specific support obligations of products they list, subject to platform review and applicable law. This site may restrict or remove content or transactions that violate platform requirements.
